“I wanna love to be part of any World Cup team”!!

The young Indian batter Shubman Gill has a chance to represent India in the 2023 ODI World Cup.

This young lad has done well in white-ball cricket and is expected to play a big role in the fifty-over setup.

While he hasn’t made his T20I debut, Shubman has already represented India in 11 Tests and as many ODIs, scoring a century and seven fifties across both formats but yet to make debut in T20I.

Speaking to the Times of India, Gill revealed, “I would like to be a part of any World Cup team, be it a T20 World Cup or 50-over World Cup. I want to perform for the Indian team and score as many runs for the country as possible. I am thankful I can do that.”
