In the ODI series, Team India, headed by Shikhar Dhawan, defeated South Africa 2-1. The Men in Blue lost the first game, but they rallied from behind to win the next two games. The players danced to the music as they celebrated their stunning victory against the visitors.
Dhawan transformed become a dancing instructor for the players after leading the team to victory while teaching them the moves.
VVS Laxman, Team India's temporary head coach, shared the video. "@SDhawan25 leading the group not just on but also off the field. It's nice to see the boys' incredible friendship. Bolo Tara Ra ra," was his Twitter message.
On social media, Dhawan is well known for his reels and quick clips. Following the T20 World Cup, the southpaw will compete in the ODI series against New Zealand.
The hosts' ODI series didn't get off to a good start as they dropped game one by 9 runs despite attempting to reach a goal of 250 runs in 40 overs. The squad won the second game by 7 wickets thanks to the leadership of Shreyas Iyer (113 not out) and Ishan Kishan (93).
India knocked out South Africa for 99 in the third ODI, achieving the target in 19.1 overs.
