Former England all-rounder Andrew Flintoff was lucky to be alive after being met with an accident.
The veteran was initially treated at the accident area before being airlifted to be taken to a hospital. The incident took place at Dunsfold Park Aerodrome in Surrey.
“I don’t know about the exact details of the accident, but all I can say is that he is lucky to be alive,” Flintoff’s 16-year-old son Corey told the Daily Mail on Wednesday.
“We all were shocked as the crash was nasty but just hope he is going to be OK,” he added.
Flintoff represented England in 79 Tests and 148 ODIs. Former England captain Nasser Hussain, said that Ben Stokes’ team has been thinking about Flintoff since hearing the news.
