Mohammad Rizwan is one of the important players of Pakistan across formats in international cricket.
He has been exceptional in the game's shortest format, setting multiple world records with skipper Babar Azam.
One of Babar and Rizwan's most notable partnerships came during the ICC T20 World Cup in 2021. They put up a match-winning 152-run partnership to defeat India by ten wickets.
In his interview with Sky Sports, Rizwan revealed how the partnership with Babar against India “changed” his life.
“When we won against India in the ICC T20 World Cup in 2021, the shopkeepers in Pakistan stopped taking money from me,” he told Atherton.
“People would give everything free. This is the love from all of Pakistan after that match,” said Rizwan.
He is currently playing against England in a three-match Test series.
