India won the match by beating Australia by six wickets in the rain-interrupted second T20I played in Nagpur and kept their hopes alive of winning the three-match series. Team India’s star batsman Virat Kohli’s performance was below par who amassed 11 runs in six balls and returned to the pavilion after being bowled by Adam Zampa.
After the win, the right-handed batsman shared a picture of Team India on the domestic micro-blogging platform Ku App. Posting the picture on Kuo, Kohli wrote the caption, ‘Accordingly equal. See you in Hyderabad.
Captain Rohit Sharma’s 46 off 20 balls took India to victory over Australia by six wickets in the rain-hit second T20I on Friday to level the three-match series 1-1.
Australia scored 90 for five with the help of Matthew Wade’s 43 off 20 balls. In reply, India scored 92 runs for the loss of four wickets and registered victory with four balls to spare. Dinesh Karthik hit sixes and fours in the first two balls of the last over.
