Sterling hit four fours in his innings of 40 off 35 balls at the ICC Academy Ground in Dubai overtaking Virat Kohli in the 89th match. With this, his name has now become 288 fours in T20 International, while Virat has 285 fours.
Sterling has scored 1819 runs and hit a total of 87 sixes. Kohli has hit 90 sixes and 285 fours in 90 T20 Internationals. Kohli has 3159 runs in T20 International cricket.
New Zealand’s Martin Guptill is at number three in this list. Guptill has scored 2939 runs in 102 matches. And hit 256 fours and 147 sixes. Rohit Sharma of India has hit 252 fours in 111 matches. Rohit has hit 133 fours.
