The Men in Blue were thumped by England in the semi-final of the ICC T20 World Cup by 10 wickets.
Alex Hales and Jos Buttler didn’t allow the rivals to take a wicket at the Adelaide Oval.
Meanwhile, Yuvraj Singh, who has been India’s biggest match winner in the ICC tournaments, congratulated the players for their performance.
“Yes we want our team to win each time they step on the field but we’ve got to realise there will be days that don’t go your way! Proud to see the boys perform as a unit throughout the tournament. Time to reflect on how we can improve & come back stronger,” he wrote on Twitter.
