IPL 2021: Rajasthan moves up to fifth place, beats Hyderabad by 55 runs

On Sunday, Rajasthan Royals registered their third win of the mega tournament defeating Sunrisers Hyderabad by 55 runs at Feroz Shah Kotla stadiun, Delhi. Brilliant innings by Royals star batsman Jos Butler who smashed 124 off mere 64 balls. An impressive knock that comprised off 11 fours and 8 sixes and was named the ‘Player of the Match’ for his power-packed innings. Captain Sanju Samson remained the second highest scorer for the side with 48 off 33 balls.

Riyan Parag (15) and David Miller (7) finished off for the side to a 220 total. A brilliant bowling attack by the Royals as Mustafizur Rahman and Chris Morris grabbed three wickets each while Kartik Tyagi and Rahul Tewatia dismissed singles.

Hyderabad on the other hands, got off to a slow start while losing frequent wickets along the way. Failing to Chase a 220 total the side succumbed with 165 and lost 8 wickets.

RR with their third win of the tournament has found a place at the fifth spot of the Points Table with 6 points while SRH is position last with only 2 points from a single win.
