It has been long since the Indian team has won any ICC tournament. The T20 World Cup is to be played in 2021 and the big event is set to take place in India. Like every other team, Team India is also working very hard to win the prestigous tournament. And, today we would like to tell you that if India plays with the following playing XI then there is a big possibility for India to win the T20 World Cup trophy.
Opening pair
Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul are well known for their expertises in T20 cricket and they both specialise in making fast runs. Shikhar Dhawan should be kept as a backup opener.
Middle order
India skipper Virat Kohli along with Shreyas Iyer and Manish Pandey should be given the reposibility of the middle order. These three players bat well in the middle order. Suryakumar Yadav or Rishabh Pant should get a chance as backups.
All-rounders
Hardik Pandya and Ravindra Jadeja should be included in the team as the all-rounders. While Washington can be a pretty good option as a backup.
Bowlers
Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Yuzvendra Chahal, Jasprit Bumrah and T Natarajan are brilliant bowlers who should be included in the T20 playing XI for the T20 World Cup. These players will strengthen India’s bowling attack creating turbulence in the opponents camp. While Deepak Chahar and Varun Chakraborty can be kept as a backups.
