With the World Cup behind them, the Indian team is all set to take on West Indies in their upcoming tour that begins on 3 August. The Selectors have been very generous this time and have given opportunity to many young talents. Along with Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma we will be seeing young cricketers who will get a chance to showcase their skills.
In an interview with Times of India, captain Virat Kohli revealed his excitement to play with the younger lot. He stated that he is making many efforts to make them feel more comfortable. Kohli revealed that the atmosphere of the dressing room is very friendly where the young cricketers are able to give their input without any hesitation.
The captain believes that Parthiv Shaw, Shubham Gill and Shreyas Iyer have tremendous calibre and may just surprise all.
In their West Indies tour, India will be playing three T20s, three One-Day Internationals and two Tests.
