Virat Kohli, Shubman Gill, KL Rahul, fail in the second Test against Bangladesh’!!

Former India cricketer Aakash Chopra predicts early wickets in the second Test against Bangladesh.

He pointed at KL Rahul, Shubman Gill, Cheteshwar Pujara, and Virat Kohli.

“Shreyas Iyer and Rishabh Pant will score 100 or more runs, even if they bat once. I feel some blows might be struck at the top of the order. There are chances of wickets falling against spin with the new ball as the ball will grip and go fast,” he said.

He expects Ravichandran Ashwin, Axar Patel, and Kuldeep Yadav to pick wickets. “Ashwin, Axar, and Kuldeep will pick up 14-15 wickets together. Spinners will dominate the game. Ashwin will shine more as finger spinners will get more help at the Sher-e-Bangla Stadium. Ashwin will pick up a five-fer,” he added.

Chopra further said that Taijul Islam and Mehidy Hasan Miraz would be among the wickets for the hosts.

“Taijul Islam and Mehidy Hasan Miraz will pick up at least seven to eight wickets together. India will have to bat twice, as in the last game.”

The reputed commentator concluded by picking India as the winner.

“India will win this game and take one more step towards the WTC final. I am excited because it is praiseworthy if you make it to two consecutive WTC finals.”
