Shubman Gill becomes one of the great batters in next 10 years!!

Yuvraj Singh, who has won the World Cup twice, has made a big guess about Shubman Gill. He thinks Gill has a good chance of playing for India in the World Cup in 2023.

Shubman was India’s opening batsman in the ODI series against New Zealand, but he was not on the team for the ODIs in Bangladesh.

He has scored 638 runs in 12 fifty-over games, with an average of 70.88. This includes a hundred and four fifties. In the first ODI against New Zealand, Gill got 50 runs, and in the second, he got 45 runs without being out.

“Shubman Gill is doing well and performing consistently. He is a strong contender to open for India in the 2023 World Cup,” Yuvraj was quoted as saying by the news agency PTI.

Yuvraj has played a big role in Gill’s career. During the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020, Shubman stayed with Yuvraj and trained under him alone with Abhishek Sharma.

“Gill works hard and is doing all the things right. He will become one of the great batters in the next 10 years,” he added.
